About Us

Visions  of the Tropics began in 1999 with stone coasters produced at first without  images.  As the business grew, the coasters were sold to hotels, businesses and  of course homes.   In 2004, the first images began to appear on our stones.  The images  chosen were vintage Hawaiian prints of the original voyage of discovery when  Captain James Cook first stumbled upon the Hawaiian Islands in 1778.    We have since added ceramic tiles, compact mirrors and ornaments with artwork from Big  Island artist Candace Lee.    All of the products are printed by hand on the Big Island of Hawaii  with the spirit of aloha.  Take home your own little piece of paradise today.
